Adrian Op't Hoog was announced as the incoming President and Board Chair at the Annual General Meeting held in March, 2013. He has been a Director on the Board of Integrated Grain Processors Co-operative as well as the Co-operative's wholly owned subsidiary, IGPC Ethanol Inc. He became a director in 2006 and was the Treasurer for both Boards for the past several years. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Adrian is the owner of Hiview Poultry Farms Ltd., located in Grey County, Ontario. The family farm produces broiler hatching eggs for the poultry industry and operates a small-scale cash crop operation. In the last few years, the farm has also developed, built and now operates over 300 KW of grid-tied solar PV systems to produce electricity through the OPAís microFIT and FIT programs.

Cam was chosen as Treasurer following the 2013 AGM. He joined the board as an interim Director in the fall of 2010 and was acclaimed in 2011 and in 2014. He is an equity partner and member of the management team at Huron Tractor Ltd, a nine store John Deere Dealership in South Western Ontario. Prior to joining Huron Tractor, Cam spent nine years with John Deere Canada in management and marketing roles.

Cam was raised on a farm in Brant County, Cam graduated from the University of Guelph in 2000 with a Bachelor Degree in Agronomy. Cam is an active member in community and charity events with a keen interest in sustainable agriculture.

Lynne is the president of Homeland Grain Inc, a country elevator in Oxford County and an offshoot of a family-owned cash crop farm. Her responsibilities include financial management, risk control and strategic planning. She is co-owner of Xygen Diagnostics Inc, a distributor of diagnostic test kits for the feed, grain and food industries in Canada. She has served with the Ontario Agribusiness Association as President, Director and Committee member. She is currently a director of the Agricultural Credit Corporation and was previously a director of Agricorp and the Grain Financial Protection Board. Lynne has an Economics degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, is a graduate of the Executive Program for Agricultural Producers, Texas A&M and is a certified Grain Merchant. Lynne was acclaimed to the board following the 2014 AGM.

Jim joined the Board as a Director in March, 2008, agreed to be the Assistant Secretary in 2010 and accepted to be Secretary in 2013. Jim and his family live and run a large farming operation in Norfolk County. Their farming business consists of three broiler chicken facilities, a large parent nucleus sow farrow to finish operation and a cash crop farming operation. He is the founding President of the Farm Fresh Poultry Co-operative and is a past Chairman of the Chicken Farmers of Ontario. He has also served on a number of other provincial and national agricultural boards.

Joe was a founding member of the Board and has held the positions of Secretary and Treasurer. Joe was born and raised on the family farm, Lola May Farms, in Brant County. He serves as president of the Company and along with his brother and two sons, farm a 6500 acre combined cash crop and dairy operation. In the early 70's, Joe and his brothers launched Titan Trailers, a highway trailer manufacturing business that continues to flourish under the ownership of two of his brothers. A grain drying and storage facility was constructed on the farm to better accommodate future growth. He also serves on the Committee of Adjustment for Brant County and is an active member of the Burford Lion's Club.

Jim received his degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University. Since then he has spent his entire career in agricultural processing. His background includes technical, plant management and senior executive roles in Canada, the US and Europe, primarily with Casco, Inc. as President and its parent Corn Products International (now Ingredion Inc.) as Executive Vice President, North America. Jim served on the Board of Directors of Canada Starch Inc., Commercial Alcohol Inc. (Greenfield Energy), GTC Nutrition Inc. and currently serves as the Chair of the Canadian Renewable Fuels Association, Vice Chair of the AgEnergy Co-operative Board of Directors, Chair of the AgEnergy Co-operative Corporate Governance Committee and is a member of BioIndustrial Innovationís Canada Board of Directors and its Audit Committee.

Jim is the CEO of IGPC Ethanol Inc. and a member of the Board. IGPC Ethanol Inc. is wholly owned by Integrated Grain Processors Co-operative Inc., one of the largest agri-business cooperatives in Ontario. Jim joined the company located in Aylmer, Ontario prior to plant completion in April 2008 and continues to lead the business with a focus on strategic initiatives for the future. Jim has recently received the Chartered Directorís (C.Dir) designation from The Directors College (a joint venture of McMaster University and the Conference Board of Canada).

Wilson, along with two brothers, operates Brantwood Farms in Brant County. Brantwood Farms is a diversified farming operation of fruit and vegetables, with an on farm retail store, cash crops, and on farm agricultural tourism during the autumn months. Wilson is a past president of the Brant County Soil and Crop Association and the Brant Cattlemen's Association. Currently, he sits on the County Agricultural Advisory Committee and is also involved with peer review for the Environmental Farm Plan.

Elizabeth joined the Board in 2012. Following graduation from Western University, she worked with government agri-business and agri-food agencies as an HR counsellor and educator, and in the private sector in the grain, feed and farm supply businesses. As a Grain Merchant in the feed trade for many years, Liz has been a market developer, strategic planner and corporate trainer. She served with the Ontario Agri-Business Association (OABA) and Animal Nutrition Association of Canada (ANAC) in Board Chair, National Director and Committee roles, as well as for the National Grain and Feed Association, Washington, D.C. as arbitrator in several dispute resolution cases. Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Education and is a Certified Corporate Trainer and Facilitator. She and her family operate a processing vegetable, grain and oilseed farm business in Elgin County.

Greg is one of the principal founding members of A&L Canada and currently serves at its President, CEO and Chief Agronomist. Greg is an honours graduate from the University of Guelph and is a Certified Crop Consultant. With over 25 years of experience, Greg is now the owner and principle of five Canadian companies in the field of agriculture and technology, A& L Canada Laboratories, Soil Stewardship Group, A&L Biologicals, ALink Inc. and AERO Insights.

We partner with Thompsons who buy all of our corn, Eco Energy who markets the ethanol and Furst McNess who markets the DDGS.
